Sierra Leone in economic relegation zone

Bank governor and minister of Finance are you comfortable with the current state of the Leones value?

Sierra Leone since 1961 has always been the same, from corruption, nepotism, and regionalism. All of these have encompassed our ability negatively as we can not think for the good of Sierra Leone anymore. Since independence what has changed?  the youths who were born in the years of the Sierra Leone civil war have tasted nothing but continuous suffering. All of the things that brought about the war are seen in this era of our democracy. Sierra Leone as a country is not producing anything absolutely to export internationally in other to get a foreign currency, which in turn will boast the country's economy and give value to our local currency. As I speak our country is in the hands of our enemies,  who only make solid plans to enrich themselves and bad plans to suffer the masses. Presently, We are at a crossroads as a country. Our economy is at a shamble as the ground cannot hold its stand anymore. Our currency is at its worst pick since independence. In Sierra Leone today, a dollar is equal to twenty leones, this is hyperinflation. Sierra Leone is a country where the minimum wage is NLE 600. The average employers in Sierra Leone still pay their workers below that amount. A bag of rice is sold at NLE 500 and all other commodities' prices are skyrocketing. The young man with his inspiration to succeed is vastly taking no hope to succeed in this country as things keep going in a direction that no one, not even a suit Sayers can tell you what the condition will be or look like. If we are to succeed as a country we must heavily invest in SMEs and sincerely help businesses that have the potential to grow. Presently, the country is bleeding, from inflation, unemployment, insufficient food, and domestic and international debt.

The government set up a local content agency and Smeda is a good one. However, are this organization serving its purpose?

Or are they just there to fund certain hand hand-picked nations and give them funds to organize workshops on entrepreneurship and after that the participating businesses in that workshop will just go and listen to lectures upon lectures and in the end no financial support to scale the business?  In addition, most of the organization that gets these funds has already been established. The one that is struggling will not see these funds.  These same organizations will be on media and encouraging businesses to apply for funding to grow their business, let's stop being “hypocrites”. Jobs are adverts before the adverts will come out the person for the job is already positioned. This is a country where petroleum products prices will go up in the world market and the price at home will swiftly follow suit. However, when prices start to come down people will reluctant to reciprocate it. Sierra Leonean why?

A man at sixty and above should have a legacy of development and fruitful remembrance. Sierra Leone as a country is in brouhaha and political activism.

The rise of pyramid schemes in Sierra Leone has become a concern.  In recent years, the rise of pyramid schemes has become a concerning phenomenon that has affected individuals, communities, and even entire economies. Pyramid schemes, also known as Ponzi schemes, promise quick and substantial financial gains to participants but ultimately result in significant financial losses for the majority of participants involved. The initial participants, often referred to as "founders" or "early adopters," are enticed by the promise of high returns on their investments or membership fees. They are encouraged to recruit others into the scheme, who in turn recruit more participants, forming a hierarchical structure resembling a pyramid. The allure of pyramid schemes lies in the...
