What does the 2021 finance act say about telecommunications Service providers?

 Don't surprise to know that the finance act of 2021 maintain similar GST  exemptions for telecommunications companies as to previous years.  in previous years GST was levied on promotional calls or data, that exceed 10% of the total billable, and un billable call and data used, which was given to customers by the companies still remains the same.

 

Also a minimum market price of LE, 650 per minute was charged when making calls per minute in the past months or years. 


the finance act 2021 make a fundamental change by removing the minimum market price of LE 650 per minute call. this year act gives telecommunications companies the free Will to set their own prices.
