The Micromanage democracy!

This is Africa! where people intellect mean nothing, the voices of the electorate has nothing to do with political party ideology. It is crystal clear that Africa democracy is still in the verge of Micromanagement, where people are given no space to say what is in their minds.
It is evident that we are still in the colonial era! But this time it has a new form which is the modern day slavery. My point is, if there is actually a 'democracy' governance system in Africa I am sure we could have gone pass this our current predicament.
We are stock and block! No development no progress simply because of Micromanagement where our contribution means nothing. I'm of the belief that this will change if only we elect people of ideas Rather than clan men with no values, rather than cost to governance.
African clergy men are really interesting, simply because, they can call political leaders to share their wisdom even if they know that they are village fouls.
We will only be better off, if what we say is acceptable to political leaders. By the looks of things we are far from reality.
