THE RECRUITMENT VISIT

If you sleep and wake up give thanks to God. Day in day out, my contributions to my country is enormous. However, I always work hard in silent so as to contribute in the development of sierra Leone in my own little ways.
In this piece I want to point out my findings in the ongoing Republic of sierra Leone Arm Forces (RSLAF).

It is disgusting to see a population of less than ten million people still battling with basics amenities since our independent in April 1961... Including light, water, good roads, housing.

In my recent visit to Murray Town and Makeni Teko barracks, on the ongoing (RSLAF) recruitment processes I firstly discovered that there is mass unemployment rate in Sierra Leone. In a situation where an announcement was made for 600 vacant positions to be filled.

The number of applicant that turn in for that position is more than 15,000 applicant. Owing to the fact that sierra Leone is that country when coming up as a kid in the schooling system, a teacher would asked his or her pupils of what they intend of becoming when they grew up... In this case you will hear students saying, I want to be doctors, lawyers, bankers and the likes, excluding polices, soldiers, and prison officers.

When I see the number of applicant I see desperate men and women who are capable of doing anything just to survive.

They in day out, in Sierra Leone today you will hear so many slogans, including THE GRON DRY, THE GAME DON BIG. As these slogans continues it would reached in point were people would no longer have hope that would push them going.

In the present dispensation I want to honestly say that nothing is gloomy.
I asked few people about the current state of sierra Leone all want I got was we have became country in our own country. Which they say we have become foreigners in our own country that are benefits nothing rather than hardships and massive abject poverty.

Pyramid schemes, also known as Ponzi schemes, promise quick and substantial financial gains to participants but ultimately result in significant financial losses for the majority of participants involved. The initial participants, often referred to as "founders" or "early adopters," are enticed by the promise of high returns on their investments or membership fees. They are encouraged to recruit others into the scheme, who in turn recruit more participants, forming a hierarchical structure resembling a pyramid. The allure of pyramid schemes lies in the...
