Sierra Leone job wahala

Living in Sierra Leone is fine and great when you have all what it takes to survive. Sierra Leone portray truly the saying of Charles Darwin, who says survival of the fittest. In meaning only the strangest of the strong will survive. In my quite moment I always think about the scaring report that was publish on UNDP-SL website, which state that eight hundred thousand people (youths) are actively in search of job. However, these youths are healthy, able, and qualified but they can not find job. In a depensation of complete joblessness, the noun "dignity" is obsolete. In an instance of job offer that is suppose to be carried out by a BECE holder or a non school goers, here the case is different degree holder in communication or Business will compete too for that same job.  In such a case I see a society that produce things they don't want and hoping to have something of un imaginary. Poverty! Hardship! Greed!

My country is sierra Leone which can be found in the west coast of Africa. Contemplating in what the future holds for our generation is far from fetch. In my perfect mood going through the street of Freetown in finding what really life is for the ordinary man.  However, the pictures I see normally say it all that people are in mass poverty!  Many a time I firstly asks myself were are the INGO, NGO, and the Government? First and foremost I want to start by addressing the International Non Governmental Organization. Sierra Leone situation is different to other countries. In Sierra Leone when and international Non Governmental Organization come to  roll out their program or project the first impression they will make to us is  the Aid one.  Firstly, our government has made us to see NGOs as aiders to our communities, that is why their jobs and project is been widely overlooked.
